Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Social Change Services Manager, the Outreach Educator will conduct community education and primary prevention strategies to address the root cause of sexual violence and family violence in this community. The Outreach Educator provides public awareness, community education, and workshops on sexual and domestic violence. The Outreach Educator works collaboratively to support coworkers on various projects assigned.

The role involves working closely with Advisory Committee members, staff, volunteers, and the community to achieve the goals of the Community Education and Prevention Program.

Under the direction of the Facility Operations Coordinator, the Custodian will perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on Friendship of Women, Inc. buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.

Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Data Quality Specialist ensures accuracy, completeness, consistency, integrity, and security of programmatic data collected through the Family Violence, Sexual Assault, Rapid Re‑Housing, and Education Programs. Working closely with direct service staff and leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting high‑quality, trauma‑informed data practices that help evaluate program impact, meet grant reporting requirements, and improve services for survivors.
