Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and distributing product.

Responsibilities Include:

* Receive and verify incoming product; enter into computer system.

* Load and unload shipments.

* Stock product.

* Accurately pull and pack orders for both shipping and will call customer pick-up.

* Assist in counting of physical inventory.

* Utilize shipping software to prepare outbound shipments.

* Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift.

* Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness.

* Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all associates.

* Sweep, dust or mop the warehouse area as needed.

* Count, verify and receive inventory into computer system

* Sort and place product in proper rack locations

* Move bales of fabric, cases of finish goods, and any other necessary items between processes, to and from storage, and to and from shipping areas with a lift truck

* Supply cutting with all bolts necessary for cutting as bolts list arrived as wo's are printed.

* Provide material needed as requested to cubicles sewing, bedding sewing and quilting area.

* Perform other general warehouse duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications Include:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to bend, lift/stretch, move, up/down, loading/unloading, stand and carry up to 50 pounds for entire shift.

* Ability to work overtime as necessary.
