- Coordinate inspections and maintain strong relationships with inspectors and AHJs
- Support prefabrication planning and execution to improve efficiency and reduce field labor
- Track labor hours, production, and progress across all phases of the project
- Maintain clear communication between field teams, project managers, and clients
- Lead project closeout including punchlist, turnover, and documentation
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, or MEP construction
- Proven experience leading large field teams on complex construction projects
- Strong background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, or multi-trade coordination
- Experience managing schedules, manpower, and field productivity
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documentation
- Strong leadership presence with ability to mentor and develop field teams
- Experience working on large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred
- Familiarity with prefab / modular construction approaches is a plus
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off + holidays
- Ongoing training and leadership development through internal programs
- Strong pipeline of complex mechanical and MEP projects
- Opportunity to work in a fully integrated design, fabrication, and construction environment
- Long-term stability with a family-owned, growth-focused organization
