Engineer, Manufacturing & Process
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
