Position: Therapist-COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced Therapist-COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in Brownwood, Texas — earn up to ($1518 - $1598 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. The Opportunity
Provide therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Engage in self-reflection to identify areas for personal growth.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.
Must hold a valid COTA certification and state licensure.
Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Must demonstrate a growth mindset and desire for personal improvement.
Experience in developing and implementing patient-specific treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
Proven ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans effectively.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy.
Willingness to participate in quality improvement initiatives.
