Position: Therapist-COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced Therapist-COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in Brownwood, Texas — earn up to ($1518 - $1598 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

The Opportunity

• Provide therapeutic services to patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

• Must hold a valid COTA certification and state licensure.

• Experience in developing and implementing patient-specific treatment plans.

• Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families.
