Location: Brownwood, TX (Onsite)

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for night shifts.

Shift Needed: 5:00 am-5:30 pm Monday – Friday Schedule

Position: Utility Mold Shop within Vitreous Department. Based at Brownwood, TX, manufacturing high‑quality bathroom products.

• Provide support to PC Mold Shop by setting up pressure cast molds, sealing molds, sanding molds, painting frames, and breaking up mold parts.
• Commit to working accident free.
• Complete the set‑up of pressure cast molds through forming internal network, installing pipes, and other components within the mold frames to the specified work instructions.
• Seal non‑casting surfaces of pressure cast molds with sealing material to improve mold performance.
• Sand pressure cast mold casting surfaces to ensure proper part finish when formed.
• Remove molds from frames, break up mold parts to recycle components, clean and paint pressure cast mold frames to be reused in the process.
• Complete mold paperwork with time for proper allocation of time.
• Complete 5S activities within department to maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Requires moderate physical demand.
• Requires ability to process a designated number of units.
• Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
• Possibility of reduced work hours.
• Requires exposure to chemicals, dust, and high levels of noise.
• Must be able to work scheduled overtime based on business needs.

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
