Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Medical Surgical unit position requiring a TX or compact RN license and night shift availability.
Responsibilities- Med/Surg unit in an acute care hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 36 or 48 hours per week considered
- 13-week contract
- Candidates must reside at least 150 miles from the facility to qualify for this position, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for candidates at least 50 miles away
- Facility conducts its own drug screening upon arrival, including marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
- Candidates should avoid all substances that could result in a positive drug screen prior to and upon arrival, including CBD products
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
- All required certifications must be current and verifiable
