LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support oncology patient care in our Brownwood office.

• Assist physicians and registered nurses in patient care.
• Administer chemotherapy agents.
• Prepare chemotherapy agents.
• Conduct patient assessments/triage.
• Document medical records accurately.
• Educate patients and families about treatments.

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Experience in IV therapy in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred).
• Prior oncology experience preferred.
• Complete a 30‑hour IV certification course within 90 days of employment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BLS certification required upon hire or within 30 days of employment.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for travel to clinics.
