Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility with weekend shifts, on-call responsibilities, and adherence to strict certification and experience guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care and monitor patient conditions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform clinical procedures and assessments accurately within required time frames.
• Document patient information and care details thoroughly using company-specific systems.
• Comply with travel and licensing regulations, including verification of certifications and credentials.
• Maintain readiness for on-call shifts and adapt to shift schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Possess at least two years of relevant experience in emergency services.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Be able to work night shifts (4x12-hour shifts), with flexibility for potential shift adjustments.
• Have a valid license in hand and pass mandatory drug screening.
• Demonstrate ability to complete required labs within 72 hours of accepting the assignment.
