Role Overview
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Brownwood, you will play a vital role in providing patient care through advanced cardiac monitoring. You will:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, such as electrocardiograms and heart rate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
- Identify and address critical changes in patient conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree). - Licenses &
Certifications: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR-BCLS certification
- ACLS certification (required before orientation completion)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion)
- Experience:
Ideal for both new graduates and experienced RNs looking to specialize in telemetry care.
