Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process and critical care principles.
- Monitor and respond to cardiac procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Support on-call rotations for cardiac emergencies.
- Uphold safety and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN). - Licenses/Certifications:
- Active RN license.
- CPR/BCLS certification.
- ACLS (within 90 days of hire).
- NIH Stroke Scale (within 90 days of hire).
- Skills:
- Strong critical care knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high adaptability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
