Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process and critical care principles.
• Monitor and respond to cardiac procedures and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support on-call rotations for cardiac emergencies.
• Uphold safety and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Active RN license.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• ACLS (within 90 days of hire).
• NIH Stroke Scale (within 90 days of hire).
• Skills:
• Strong critical care knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high adaptability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
