• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources
• Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (Placeholders for level of education)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role in a healthcare setting
• Current RN license and CNA certification (Placeholders for additional requirements)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
