Job Description
SCAFFOLDING LABORER
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 5:30 pm
$14.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist experienced scaffolders in building, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems.
- Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
- Pass tools and materials to scaffolders and hold components in place during assembly and disassembly.
- Inspect equipment for visible damage and report any issues to a supervisor.
- Stack and store scaffolding materials and equipment properly after use.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a construction crew.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Attention to detail when handling materials and maintaining safety standards.
- Previous experience in scaffolding or construction is preferred but not required.
- This position does not require working on elevated scaffolding structures.
