National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads and other entities. This full-time position is based in Brownwood, TX, with 50–85% travel.
The RWIC will coordinate jobsite activities, maintain safety protocols, and communicate with Dispatchers and crews. Required high school diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in railroad operations.
