Die Mittelland-Personal AG fokussiert sich seit der Firmengründung im Jahre 2005 auf die Feststellenvermittlung für Kunden aus der
produzierenden Industrie
im ganzen Mittelland.
Für unseren Kunden aus der Region Brugg suchen wir zur Unterstützung eine/n
Exportfachmann (m/w/d) 100%Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die selbstständige Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Exportaufträge
- Organisation und Koordination von Transporten mit Speditionen, Kunden und internen Schnittstellen
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung sämtlicher Exportdokumente
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zoll-, Aussenwirtschafts- und Exportvorschriften
- Tarifierung von Waren sowie Durchführung von Dual-Use-Prüfungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik, Service und externen Partnern
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Export, Aussenhandel oder in der Spedition
- Weiterbildung als Exportsachbearbeiter/in oder Aussenhandelskauffrau /
-mann sowie Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung - Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systeme n und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
