Temporary, Part‑Time – 19.5 hours per week maximum
This student position requires the employee to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a professional demeanor at all times. The employee must possess effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information. The role may serve as the first point of contact for student activities and event planning, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
The weekly schedule will be set by the supervisor in conjunction with the student’s class schedule. Work may not occur during scheduled class time, even if class is canceled or dismissed early.
- Assist with special projects
- Spearhead campus programming
- Perform clerical duties
- Run errands at the discretion of the supervisor
- Drive a golf cart and/or deliver program event items for set‑up, facilitation, and break down
- Perform any related work as required
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times
- Valid driver’s license (required to operate a campus golf cart)
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
- Effective writing and communication
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Proposed Salary: $9 per hour
