Job SummaryThis is a 19 hour per week maximum, part‑time student position. It requires employees who can positively represent the Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a professional demeanor at all times. The student employee must have effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Student employees must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information.
The student may serve as the first point of contact for the office, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. The weekly schedule will be assigned by the supervisor in conjunction with the student’s class schedule. The work schedule is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not to work during scheduled class time, even if class is cancelled or dismissed early.
- Leading campus tours
- Perform clerical duties
- Run errands at the discretion of the supervisor
- Assist with special projects
- Perform any related work as required
Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times
Other Required Qualifications
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
- Must have Federal Work Study funds awarded on your Coast Award letter
- Must upload your Coast Award Letter when prompted to do so
