Job SummaryThis part-time student position (maximum 19.5 hours per week) requires individuals who can positively represent the Office and the College to internal and external constituents with a professional demeanor at all times. The role involves effective writing and verbal communication, Microsoft Office skills, and a high level of integrity due to potential exposure to confidential information. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for student activities and event planning, performing clerical duties, running errands on campus, and assisting with special projects.
The weekly schedule will be coordinated with the student's class schedule and is subject to change between semesters or as needed. Students are not permitted to work during scheduled class time even if a class is cancelled or dismissed early.
- Perform clerical duties
- Run errands at supervisor's discretion
- Assist with special projects
- Spearhead campus programming
- Drive a golf cart and/or deliver program event items for set-up, facilitation, and break down
- Perform any related work as required
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to drive a campus golf cart
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
$9 per hour
