This is a 19 hour per week maximum, part‑time student position. Employees must represent this office and the College positively and professionally at all times. Students need effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills, high integrity, and confidentiality. The student may serve as first point of contact, perform clerical duties, run errands, and assist with special projects. The weekly schedule is assigned by the supervisor in conjunction with the student’s class schedule and is subject to change between semesters or as needed.
Students are not to work during scheduled class time, even if class is cancelled or dismissed early.
- Perform clerical duties
- Run errands at the discretion of the supervisor
- Assist with special projects
- Perform any related work as required
- Operate a college‑owned golf cart to assist prospective students and their families with campus navigation, as needed
Educational Requirements
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times
Other Required Qualifications
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus
- Must have Federal Work Study funds awarded on your Coast Award letter
- Must upload your Coast Award Letter when prompted to do so
Preferred Requirements
- Valid driver's license to operate a campus golf cart
$9.00 per hour
