Position Overview:
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet dealership standards before delivery or display. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a finished product that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, waxing, and polishing.
Remove dirt, grease, and debris from vehicles using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
Inspect vehicles for imperfections and report any damage or issues to management.
Apply protective coatings and treatments as directed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, tools, and supplies.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to dealership quality standards.
Safely move vehicles to and from work areas and lot locations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive detailing or car wash operations preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
