The College of Coastal Georgia Department of Mathematics and Data Science seeks qualified applicants for the position of Part Time Lecturer in the area of Mathematics. Applicants will be reviewed on a continuing basis and hiring may occur up to the start date of a given semester.

• Teach Mathematics courses contingent to the needs of the College.
• Maintain office hours.
• Prepare lesson plans, lectures, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.
• Complete required trainings.
• Teach at Brunswick campus, Camden Center, or other approved sites in either face-to-face, hybrid, or online format.
• Submit grades and attendance reports.
• Commit to high quality instruction and student success.

• Successful completion of at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics.

• Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
  
  Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • MS or PhD in Mathematics or related fields with at least 18 graduate credit hours in mathematics.
  Preferred Experience
  • Online teaching experience.
  Proposed Salary

  $700 per credit hour for Masters prepared and $900 per credit for Doctorate prepared.
