Job SummaryThis is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time student position. The student employee must represent the Student Solutions Center and the College positively at all times. Responsibilities include providing assistance to students with forms, answering inbound/outbound calls for the main line and various college offices, performing clerical duties, running errands, assisting with special projects, and supporting campus outreach efforts. The schedule is based on the student’s class timetable and may change each semester.
Responsibilities- Assist students completing forms, applications, and federal/state websites.
- Provide assistance to students while completing forms and other related tasks.
- Perform clerical duties.
- Run errands as directed by the supervisor.
- Assist with special projects.
- Support campus outreach efforts to educate students on services and resources.
- Perform any related work as required.
- Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at all times.
- Must have Federal Work Study funds awarded on your Coast Award letter.
- Must upload your Coast Award Letter when prompted.
- May not be employed in more than one job at a time on campus.
- Effective writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude.
Proposed Salary: $9.00/hour
