In the context of strengthening our systems and network engineering division, we offer several consultant positions to work within the teams of our large-account clients.

Your main tasks will include:

• Analyzing and solving level 2 or 3 problems
• Writing and communicating alerts and risks
• Processing complex change requests in relation to system infrastructure
• Capitalizing through problem management to ensure responsiveness and non-reproduction of incidents
• Providing support and automation services
• Designing and implementing complex changes to ensure the availability and continuity of infrastructure services: virtualization, storage, servers (Windows / Linux)
• Updating the technical repository of the infrastructure
• Participating actively in continuous improvement by industrializing and automating
• Ensuring version management and configurations (ITIL)

You will also be able to actively participate in Weeneo's strategy by taking on internal responsibilities such as:

• Conducting technical interviews
• Coaching candidates
• Mentoring new employees
• Being a team leader for a client team
• Hosting webinars
