This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lender located in Richmond Hill, GA. The Commercial Lender will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial loans, evaluating and underwriting loan applications, and cultivating strong client relationships. The individual will assess customers' financial needs, provide expert advice on business financial solutions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
A key part of the role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Underwriting and analyzing financial data
- Proficiency in Loan processing and related financial operations
- Understanding of SBA (Small Business Administration) loan processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Background in Finance or related fields; relevant work experience or degree is advantageous
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and banking standards is a plus
