Physical Therapist – Outpatient Sports Medicine

A top-tier outpatient orthopedic clinic is hiring a Physical Therapist in Brunswick, GA.

What makes us unique?
  • The caseload stays in your lane: musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and post-surgical work, split about 50/50 between surgical and non-surgical, treating everything from ankle to neck.
  • Each day brings about 11 patients in 40-minute slots, with no double-booking.
  • Bonuses are tied to quality of care, not volume.
  • Subspecialty-trained surgeons work next door, and the EMR gives you their imaging, surgical photos, and full operative notes, so you're learning straight from the surgical side.
  • Continuing education happens in-house, taught by onsite instructors
  • There's an active pipeline for OCS, CHT, and fellowship training.
Education and growth:
  • $2,000 a year in CEU allowance
  • Med Bridge access, including the full HEP library and the OCS prep program
  • 5 paid training days, separate from your PTO
  • An annual in-house masterclass
  • Monthly internal CE rounds
Schedule:
  • We off 5 8 hour shifts or 4 10 hour shifts
  • Early shift and late shift available for those night owls and earlier risers.
Compensation and benefits:
  • $80,000 - $100,000+
  • A sign-on bonus up to $5,000, plus relocation assistance up to $5,000
  • A quarterly performance bonus based on quality of care, not volume
  • 401(k) with about 4.5% employer funding every year, whether or not you contribute
  • Accrued PTO, 8 holidays, and 5 separate CE days
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
Requirements:
  • A DPT, MPT, or BSPT from an accredited program
  • A Georgia PT license, or eligibility for one (new grads can start under a contingent offer with a rehab-aide bridge while licensure finalizes)
  • Current CPR certification
  • A genuine commitment to outpatient orthopedics

New graduates, experienced PTs, and candidates open to relocating are all encouraged to apply.
