Catering Manager

As a Catering Manager at Elior North America, you will lead on-site catering operations across education, healthcare, senior living, and business accounts. You will plan and execute events from menu design through service, ensuring safe, high-quality dining and hospitality. Responsibilities include managing budgets, staffing, inventory, and vendor relationships, while upholding strict food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catered events for education, healthcare, senior living, and business clients
• Develop menus aligned with client needs, budgets, and Elior quality standards
• Lead, train, and schedule catering and service staff for events
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Manage catering budgets, cost controls, and inventory
• Coordinate logistics including setup, service flow, and breakdown for events
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and respond to feedback
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to improve service and efficiency
• Monitor event quality and resolve service issues in real time
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and people-first culture initiatives
