The Program Manager is the single accountable leader for delivering IT delivery and operations support services that enable national law‑enforcement training mission. This role is responsible for ensuring service continuity, performance excellence, cost control, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi‑site federal IT environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the single point of accountability for all contract performance, delivery, and outcomes.
- Lead execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) ensuring all service areas meet or exceed SLAs.
- Direct and integrate all technical teams (network, systems, service desk, endpoint, database, security) into a cohesive, mission‑focused delivery model.
- Manage transition‑in activities to achieve a seamless takeover within the required 60‑day period, with no degradation in service.
- Oversee ITIL‑aligned service management processes, SLA monitoring, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Provide cost, schedule, performance, and risk transparency through accurate, actionable reporting.
- Lead Continual Service Improvement Plan (CSIP) development and execution, driving measurable improvements in service quality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Manage subcontractors, staffing plans, surge support activation, and bench strength to support fluctuating training demands.
- Serve as the primary interface with the Government for planning, issue resolution, and strategic IT modernization discussions.
