Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 Based on Experience and Technical Interview

We are seeking a hands‑on Program Manager to lead a large‑scale Federal IT program supporting mission‑critical operations.
This role serves as the senior accountable leader responsible for:
- Program performance
- Contract execution
- Customer satisfaction
- Workforce management (60+ personnel)
- Financial oversight
- Service delivery excellence
You will act as the primary interface with the Government customer, ensuring all contractual, operational, and performance objectives are met or exceeded.
Required Qualifications Education- Bachelor's degree in:
- IT
- Engineering
- Business Administration
- Systems Management
- Or related field
- 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience
- Proven experience managing:
- Federal IT programs
- Performance‑based service contracts
- Experience with:
- Budgeting and cost control
- Risk and opportunity management
- Strategic planning and execution
- Experience developing:
- Business cases
- Program plans and schedules
- Master's degree
- PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification
- Experience managing:
- Federal IT operations
- Cloud environments
- Cybersecurity programs
- Enterprise service desks
- Experience leading:
- Large, distributed teams
- Subcontractor ecosystems
- Experience with:
- SLAs, QASP
- Program transitions and modernization
This is a high‑visibility leadership position where you will:
- Direct multi‑functional teams across IT operations

What You’ll Be Doing Program Leadership & Execution- Lead daily operations and long‑term program strategy

- Contractual obligations
- Drive program performance and delivery outcomes
- Lead and manage 60+ personnel across multiple teams
- Oversee:
- Staffing strategies
- Workforce planning
- Performance management
- Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Ensure execution within approved funding levels
- Develop business cases and support financial planning
- Oversee delivery across:
- IT operations
- Enterprise service desk
- Cloud environments
- Cybersecurity support
- Ensure performance‑based service delivery standards are met
- Develop and manage:
- Program plans and schedules
- Risk and opportunity documentation
- Implement change management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement across all functional areas
- Serve as primary Government point of contact
- Provide executive‑level communication and reporting
- Build strong customer relationships and trust
- Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Ability to manage complex, high‑tempo environments
