SUPPLY CHAIN LEADERSHIP | WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS | CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

TRGs' Growth Practice is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Supply Chain Manager to lead a critical supply chain operation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, building scalable processes, and driving operational excellence across shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation.

This role is ideal for a servant-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, IT, and executive leadership. The organization is investing in its operations and looking for someone who can build upon a strong foundation, improve systems and processes, and help elevate the overall logistics function. You'll inherit a talented team while playing a key role in mentoring future leaders and driving long-term operational improvements.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, shipping, and transportation operations within manufacturing
  • Strong servant leadership style with a passion for coaching, developing, and empowering teams
  • Experience implementing and standardizing warehouse processes, including staging, loading, routing, and inventory control
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and inventory tracking processes
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
