• Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces.
• Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they are in top‑notch condition for our residents.
• Assist with apartment turns and upkeep projects, making each space a welcoming home.
• Serve as a jack‑of‑all‑trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs throughout the property.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Bring a strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate in our team environment.
• Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment.
• Regularly perform essential functions that require standing or walking for prolonged periods, operating equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
