Georgia-Pacific has an exciting opportunity for a talented Superintendent for Pulping and Bleaching at our Brunswick Cellulose facility in Brunswick, GA. The role is expected to lead the Pulping area and Bleaching area organizations to achieve safety, environmental, and quality excellence and to lead transformational change through work processes and implementation of technology. • Manages and advances all aspects of manufacturing to include:
  Reliability, Quality, Cost, Yield, Compliance and Capital/Maintenance Investment

• Acquires and shares knowledge of applicable standards, policies, and procedures in areas of EH&S

• 10 or more years of operations experience in Pulp and Paper manufacturing
• Seven (7) or more years of supervisory experience leading a team of direct reports
• Experience with pulping processes to include working with digesters, screens and washing systems, bleaching systems

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Experience with Maintenance and Reliability Management Systems
