The Director of Revenue Integrity is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the development and advancement of revenue integrity across Southeast Georgia Health System. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this leader will oversee two direct reports. Key responsibilities include strengthening charge reconciliation and charge capture processes, overseeing Charge Description Master (CDM) governance, reducing revenue leakage and preventable denials, and serving as a trusted resource to departments across the organization on revenue integrity opportunities and challenges.
The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on leader with strong emotional intelligence and deep revenue integrity subject matter expertise. This individual should be collaborative, approachable, and skilled at building relationships across departments while bringing the experience and fresh perspective needed to develop a growing function.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required. A minimum of eight years of progressive revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or healthcare finance experience is required, with expertise in CDM, charge capture, coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer rules. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams required; experience with Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or a similar EHR and relevant professional certification preferred.

Southeast Georgia Health System is a not-for-profit health care system headquartered in Brunswick, Georgia, serving residents and visitors throughout the Golden Isles and surrounding Southeast Georgia communities. With a history dating back to 1888, the Health System provides comprehensive health care services across its Brunswick and Camden campuses, physician practices, outpatient locations, and other care settings throughout the region. The Brunswick Campus is anchored by a 300-bed acute care hospital with more than 300 physicians on its medical staff representing nearly every major medical specialty.
The campus serves as a regional medical center for Southeast Georgia and offers a broad range of advanced specialty services, including cancer care, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and spine, robotic surgery, neurosurgery, maternity care, and emergency services.
