We are seeking highly skilled professionals who bring precision, pride, and deep technical expertise to their craft.

• In this role, you will apply advanced painting and coating techniques including airless and conventional spray, HVLP, brushing, rolling, and specialty finishes to prepare and coat mission critical components to exacting standards.
• Mix precise color specifications, prepare intricate surfaces, and mentor junior painters as needed to support performance and durability of systems used by the U.S. Navy and global maritime partners.

• As a Painter SME, you will spend most of your time preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and performing finishing work on complex metal and composite structures.

This position is responsible for expert-level surface preparation, coating, and finishing of complex structures supporting naval and heavy industrial projects. Essential Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of related painting experience
• US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty preferred
• Skilled in use of plural pump and conventional pot work knowledge
