Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Jered is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, systems, and operational capabilities across the organization. You will provide leadership and direction to the Manufacturing Engineering team while supporting production through process optimization, automation initiatives, tooling improvements, and capital projects. Success in this role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and overall manufacturing performance.

Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives. Improve tooling and oversee capital projects to support production. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and performance. Manage the manufacturing engineering team and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Previous leadership or people‑management experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing operations
• Experience supporting fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or heavy manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
