Accomplish the preparation of frozen food products on assigned production lines at the Brunswick facility by operating batter machines, breaders, and conveyors to coat the product in accordance with quality specifications and production needs. Contribute to the profitability of the Company by working safely, efficiently, and cooperatively with the Team Leader and co‑workers.

Set up all equipment to run properly, requiring knowledge of parts, functions, and applications. Assist maintenance mechanics with preventive maintenance during non‑production periods, and report operational problems.

• Knowing specifications for the product being run on the line.
• Preparing batter machines to run the correct batter.
• Ensuring correct ingredients are brought to the line and notifying the Forklift Driver when necessary.
• Unstacking and opening batter or breader mix bags, and dumping contents according to QA procedures.
• Periodically checking batter machines and breaders to ensure correct levels and coating; notifying leadership of problems.
• Disposing of packaging material in proper containers.

Pushing trash carts or carrying tubs to disposal areas. Using a low‑pressure hose to wash down the last traces of food debris.

• Preparing all paperwork for quality and production records.
• Regularly monitoring critical control points, recording measures, and reacting to maintain process parameters.

Assisting in the set‑up and operation of other processing equipment as requested by leadership or production needs.

High school diploma or GED required.

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Minimum lifting requirement 20 lbs from 6 inches to shoulder height; maximum 65 lbs over the same distance.

• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Application of all safe work practices.

Apply GMP requirements for hygiene and housekeeping. Keep work area clean per plant procedures. Apply product safety and quality requirements. Identify and resolve product or processing problems or communicate to appropriate personnel. Maintain good working relationships and resolve conflicts respectfully. Understand the overall impact on team productivity and plant profitability, maintain high personal productivity, and suggest process improvements.
