We are seeking a proven operations leader who brings:

• Strong people leadership and team development experience
• Demonstrated success in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement (CI)
• Solid project management and execution skills
• Ability to drive operational efficiencies while fostering a positive culture

• Operations Leadership
• Lean Manufacturing Strategy
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing people

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations
• People Leadership experience
• Demonstrated blended Operations + Lean/CI background
