We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to own and lead our global social presence across Fliteboard and FLITELab*, building brand love, engagement, and community through best-in-class content and strategy.
The RoleReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our social media – from strategy and forward planning to execution, optimisation and community engagement. You’ll be hands‑on, strategic, and deeply connected to our community and watersports culture.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and execute the global social media strategy aligned to brand and business goals
- Lead end-to-end social content — from ideation and briefing through to publishing and optimisation across Meta, You Tube, Tik Tok and Linked In
- Plan and manage forward‑looking content calendars, aligned to launches, events, and seasonal moments
- Actively engage and grow a global community, both on owned channels and in key external spaces
- Lead and grow our Ambassador program in partnership with regional teams
- Support live event coverage, demo’s, and activations
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimise based on insights and trends
- 7+ years’ experience in social media or content‑led roles
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and execute independently
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on delivery
- Proven success driving engagement, growth, reach, and traffic across all major social platforms
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling instincts
- Experience with video/photo editing and social media management tools
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end to end
- Strong understanding or experience of surf, foiling, watersports or sporting culture (highly regarded)
