• Residency requirement: must live 80+ miles from the assignment facility

• Provide direct patient care to ICU patients, including continuous monitoring and rapid response to changes in condition
• Assess, document, and communicate patient status; administer medications and manage IVs and critical lines per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other team members to implement and adjust care plans
• Perform bedside procedures as trained; ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Document in the electronic health record; participate in handoffs and shift-to-shift communication
• Support post-operative and critical care events as part of the ICU care team

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• ICU or critical care experience in a hospital setting is preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour rotations
• Must be able to travel for a 13-week assignment and reside 80+ miles from the facility
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred)
