• Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients in an inpatient setting, including monitoring telemetry data and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document responses and outcomes accurately.
• Respond to alarms and deteriorating patient conditions promptly; elevate concerns to the care team as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow RNs, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure safe patient progression.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Adapt to float pool assignments and support other units within scope as staffing needs require.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Education:
  
  graduate of an approved RN program (ADN or BSN)
• Telemetry or medical-surgical float pool experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and perform duties in an inpatient telemetry environment

• Travel assignment support provided by Healthforce Healthcare LLC
• Credentialing and onboarding assistance during the hiring process
• Ongoing support from a dedicated recruiter throughout the assignment
