Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Peachtree Immediate Care is a leading urgent care operator in Georgia. We are hiring a compassionate, courteous, efficient Advanced Practice Provider who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Top Hourly Rates

Fewer Days. Focused Shifts.

  • Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, noon-call, and limited weekends.
  • Clinics are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
  • Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
  • Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual.
  • Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications.
  • Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
  • Respect and autonomy in decision-making.
  • Team-based approach to patient care.
  • ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed)
