Job Application - Sears Nursing Home LLC Certified Nursing Assistant - 12 Hour Shifts

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities are to provide each of our assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the needs of the resident and the care plan. Your exact duties would be developed and based on your assigned resident’s needs and the care plan. With the care we provide being resident-centered, your duty list is very individualized and will change when your resident’s change.

Hiring Bonus

Hired between 11.14.25 – 05.31.2026

$3,500

• $500 paid out on pay period after 90 days
• $500 paid out on pay period after 6 Months
• $1,000 paid out on pay period after 9 Months
• $1,500 paid out on pay period after 1 Year

* Bonus offer applies to Full Time employment with 1 Year Agreement (facility transfers are excluded).

• Full-Time

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• $16 - $19 per hour (depending upon experience)

• During the Week, 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM Base Rate + $3.00 per hour
• During the Weekend

• Valid andactive Georgia
  
  CNA certification in good standing REQUIRED
• Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen
• Must pass a criminal background check
  
  Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required
