• Circulate in the operating room for DaVinci robotic, vascular, and urology procedures; scrubbing is not required. Maintain sterile technique, perform instrument counts, and assist team as needed.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, coordinate with anesthesia and surgical staff to anticipate needs, and document relevant events.
• Prepare and verify equipment and supplies, assist with case setup, patient positioning, and instrument readiness for each procedure.
• Facilitate efficient room turnover, manage supplies and specimens, and ensure accurate handoff to the PACU or recovery team.
• Communicate clearly with surgeons, nurses, and technicians; support a high standard of patient safety and quality care throughout the perioperative period.

• Active registered nurse license in Georgia.
• OR circulating nursing experience with DaVinci robotic cases and exposure to vascular and urology procedures.
• Ability to work 6:45 am start times and maintain a 10‑hour shift schedule (4 days per week).
• Strong patient safety focus, critical thinking, and teamwork in a fast‑paced surgical environment.
• Must be able to circulate (not scrub) and support perioperative patients through the operative process.
