It is our mission at Sears Coastal Nursing & Rehab, to keep all of our sweet vulnerable residents safe! We are seeking dedicated and qualified Charge Nurses, LPN/RN! The ideal applicant will be hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, dynamic, and high-motivated.

Hiring Bonus

$5,000

Charge Nurses (RN's / LPN's)
  • $1,500 paid out on first check
  • $1,500 paid out on pay period after 90 days
  • $1,000 paid out on pay period after 6 months
  • $1,000 paid out on pay period after 1 year
Bonus Offer Applies to Full Time Employment with 1 Year Agreement (facility transfers are excluded)

Base Rate Pay Range Shift Diff
  • During the Week: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Base Rate + $3.00 per hour
  • During the Week: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Base Rate + $4.00 per hour
  • During the Weekend: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Base Rate + $6.00 per hour
Responsibilities (not all-inclusive)
  • Ensuring that the residents are comfortable and ensuring their satisfaction with the medical; care and personal attention they receive;
  • Ensuring family satisfaction of our resident care;
  • Maintains accurate documentation of care given;
  • Maintains professionalism at all times;
  • Ensures that tasks are completed satisfactorily;
Requirements
  • Valid and active Georgia RN or LPN license that is in good standing; OR an active and valid unencumbered multistate license in good standing;
  • Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen;
  • Must pass a criminal background check;
  • Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required;
