Coastal Hospice is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to provide hospice care in clients' homes and facilities across Georgia. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families on end-of-life options. Requires 2+ years RN experience, hospice preferred, and valid GA license.
Flexibility to travel locally and participate in on-call rotation is required; CPR certification is mandatory, and driving is involved as part of the role.
