Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Consultant located in Brunswick, GA. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to enhance restaurant performance, providing training to staff to improve service standards, and offering expert advice on food and beverage operations. The role also involves evaluating menu offerings, streamlining service workflows, and contributing to sales growth through customer engagement and process improvements.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work directly with the restaurant owners to assess daily operations
  • Evaluate operations, workflows, and financial performance
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, result driven solutions
  • Assist in refining SOPs, training materials, and onboarding processes
  • Improve labor management, scheduling, staffing, food costs, and inventory control
  • Support leadership development and team performance
  • Assist with turnarounds or growth strategies as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of restaurant experience, systems, and framework
  • Solid understanding of P&Ls, labor percentages, and food cost controls
  • Strong experience in Training and team development, including leadership and skill enhancement
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies to support revenue growth
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, restaurant trends, and customer preferences
  • Experience in Food Service operations, including menu planning, kitchen efficiency, and compliance with safety standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
