Provide outstanding customer service and meet/exceed sales forecasts in Power Equipment department;
Conduct power equipment demonstrations when necessary;
Assist customers through the retail financing process and ensure all requirements are met;
Manage the ordering of Power Equipment for store stock and customer special orders; coordinate delivery;
Maintain Salesforce system with current customer information and tractor inventory; coordinate service and repair with RK mechanics, parts department, and mobile technicians
