Over a 44-week training period, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and work with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, strong staffing, and operational excellence.
Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases to $110,000 in year 2, $120,000 in year 3, and $130,000 in year 4.
