Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Daytime Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or driver information as directed by site procedures, and support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries.
- Communicate with employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors regarding site rules, reportable issues, and/or directions for restricted or controlled areas.
- A TSA‑issued TWIC is required.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
