• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related operations at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Support emergency response activities, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders, and complete required reports related to observed conditions or incidents.

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC card.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
